I have problems with deliverability from our users with @Verizon.net

All the emails of users who want to signup on our website and those of existing users are not receiving our emails. We work with Return Path, we have SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly configured and we work with private IP. Why are our emails blocked? Could you help us? Thank you.
