This issue surfaced again about 2 weeks ago. Nobody in Verizon wants to cooperate to undo this issue rendering my email kind of useless. I can't forward, send original email, put a link in , nothing. Verizon decides that I am spamming and shuts me down.

 

My domain accounts ( non Verizon) send my emails with no problem but now Verizon is trying to tell me its outlook yet the message I get is from Verizon saying that Verizon's server has blocked my outgoing email as spam. That's a bogus claim essentially re outlook.

 

Has anyone dealt with this and how did you fix it since Verizon is not willing to do so?

Just an idea... check your signature and virtual business card in case those are compromised. Your other service may not be as thorough as VZ about the outgoing spam.

Interesting to read that you as a Verizon email customer are having these problems.  I'm here researching why I, NOT a verizon customer, can no longer send email to my friend's Verizon account.  Just began happening in the last week - all my emails are rejected as spam for some reason.  I'm just a guy exchanging emails with my friends - not a "spammer".  Sure would like Verizon to be more available to help solve these problems!

Go to verizon  and find thrir whitelist page. You and your buddy can put your info in there and HOPEFULLL undo that. Also, as your buddy to check the spam and blocked files on his webmail-verizon account and remove your email if its there. Neil

1 - I already posted my info on the verizon page.  Haven't heard back in 3 days - kind of hard to carry on emailing when you're waiting for the bigshots to respond to one poor individual.

 

2 - my emails are not getting to my friends - they're bouncing back.  They have nothign in the spam folders (or whatever verizon users have).  Besides - my mail used to get thru just fine - I've been using this same id for years.

Same issue -using the same email.Signatures and attachments get blocked often. Also, check with your ISP and get them to fix this. Verizon often decides that an ISP or Domain name should get blocked. You will NEVER hear back from Verizon, EVER.

I've found that often (but not every time), when I reply to (keeping original email) or forward emails with web site or email links, the dumb Verizon system blocks it as spam.

 

Verizon, not every email with web site links is spam!!!

 

I have to delete links and email addresses in the original email, and then it goes without being flagged as spam.
