Hello Verizon,
Another customer of ours is having delivery issues. We have already ensured rDNS/SPF/DKIM are set and they're a brand new customer that has not caused issues. We've already submitted the whitelisting form and rejected as normal so here we are :-). Please open a new support case as requested per your support team.
