I have a problem with an email alias in a sub-account and the use of "verizon my domain" (keepmyemail). I need to convert the alias in the sub-account to a userID in order to work properly. Anybody around able to help with this matter?

While a Verizon employee may occasionally post here, this community is meant mainly for peer-to-peer support. If you need to talk to a Verizon representative, you should contact customer service directly.

I do not mean to be rude but based on the horror stories about loosing access to the email after spending a few minutes with an entry level support agent, I decided to try the forum first. Otherwise, I could just activate and start using an external email address, in which case, why bother to fix the verizon email in first place?
