i cannot figure out what is worse csr or the help in here

Every time I get the e-mail I try to change the settings and they never have worked in Outlook or other email programs. The old settings still work so why the change. Haven't they heard the old adage "If it ain't broke don't fix it"

Security was broke. So they are trying to fix it.
