I created emails on my verizon.yahoo.com account that I could send emails from such as sales@mywebsitebusiness.com (example) so I could respond to my customers from my domain email. Since the move to verizon email I no longer have access to these emails and can't respond to my customers from this domain email that I set up. Anyone experiencing this issue and were you able to solve it? I have contacted Verizon twice and they have a ticket on it but nothing has ever been solved.

I'm a residential customer - didn't have to be a business customer to set up my domain email address.

Ok.
This is a list of the possbile fixes:
#1Port 587.
a) Have your e-mail admin open up port 587 on his/her e-mail server.
b) Configure your e-mail client to use port 587.
I point to http://forums.verizon.com/t5/Verizon-net-Email/Port-587-change/td-p/185708
#2 OR upgrade to a business account, to have port 25 unblocked.
