I've been trying to delete emails from my inbox and spam folders. I keep getting this message: Please validate your information and try your request again..
The emails remain and are piling up! I haven't moved them to another file, so I don't get it. Can anyone assist me please?
Sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the email service. Issues like this are usually browser related. Please try using a different browser or a different browser all together. If it's still problematic then run your Internet Explorer in compatibility mode. Please go to the "Tools" menu and click to turn on "compatibility view". It should allow you to sort after doing that. If you do not wish to enable compatibility view every time you want to sort, Go into compatibility view settings and add the site www.verizon.com to the list.
