I received the notice last week about Verizon no longer handling e-mail. I would like to keep my verizon.net e-mail address for the time being, so I clicked on the link to move everything to AOL mail.
Yesterday, I filled in all the required information and asked that the verification code be sent to my mobile number via text. It says "text sent" with a check mark. However, I never received the text. I tried a few times and again, this AM. Same thing.
I can't migrate without the code.

I realize that. I DO have text. There were two options -- text or phone. I clicked "send text." They confirmed they sent, but never received.
I will try phone call and see what happens.
