Problems with sub-account verizon.net email

I am on a MAC, I haven't been able to send or receive emails on a sub account I have been using for years.  I am asked for my password which I believe I am inputting correctly to no avail. How do I reset my password to receive emails I know I am missing?

You can go to www.verizon.com. Below where you put in your credentials, there is a forgot password link. Follow the process to reset the PW. If you have any problems, please send me a private message.
