Receiving Email

I am able to send emails from {edited for privacy} but not receive them.  Others are getting error meassages when they attempt to send me emails.

1. If you are using a 3rd party email client double check your settings:

incoming POP3995pop.verizon.net incoming.verizon.net
outgoing SMTP465smtp.verizon.net outgoing.verizon.net

& make sure SSL is enabled

2. IF you are using webmail plese let us now what OPerating System and Browser you use.
