Relaying?

Why should I get a message that relaying is not allowed

I was simply responding to an email from my daughter - using  in one case an iPhone and in another an iPad

My desktop machine sent it fine

I thnk the settiings are correct for all three devces desktop iPad and iPhone

Dio you differentitate between devices?

Is there a particular setting that I shoud check?

What port are you using for SMTP?  If port 25 that is your problem.  Should be 465 and SSL.

Blocking only happens on my iPhine  Not on desktop, or iPad

Your are talking to peers here.

We would need more info to help.  My previous comment is one known problem causing such messages, but there are others.
