Hello - I am trying to reset the password on a secondary email address a.os@verizon.net. I got the temp pin when tried to reset it - howvever it applies to the primary account ny primary userid not the secondary address. How do I reset the password for the secondary? I don't have a separate user id for that address.Thank you. Michael.

I am having the same problem, there used to be a place for the primary account holder to re-enter a new password, but I cannot find it anywhere!

Long gone. Now you have to do it as the secondary id. The primary can change some things the secondary has access to and delete it.
