If I can't use my verizon.net account and have to migrate off of it, there is no reason for me to stick with you. New customers get significantly lower monthly rates than me, and now you've effectively destroyed email. Nice job. Guess what? I also deal with technology infrastructure in my corporate responsibilities. Guess who just dropped to the very bottom of my vendor list? My personal goal moving forward is to avoid spending a single penny with Verizon unless it is absolutely necessary. If there are alternatives - I'll be there.
