I don't think Verizon wants to solve the spam abuse.
I have been marking emails as spam for years now, and I keep getting the same subject lines from the same spammers.
They ususlally come in groups of four inside of one minute.
Since I work in IT and watch spam arrive to our anti-spam mail receiver (Barracuda), this pattern is not normal.
I have decided that Verizon IS MAKING MONEY ALLOWING SPAM TO PASS.
