I had FIOS installation scheduled for Tuesday and it never happened; no return calls from Verizon explaining why and what their plan is. I am now left with only web-based email access but need to set up accounts so family can access web-based email. I have the account established for them but it did not ask for their password; how do I establish web-based access for them?
