Slow cellphone connection to e-mail

I have a new non-Verizon cellphone. When I attempt to link into my verizon fios e-mail I either get an error message saying gateway not found or it takes forever to connect and I burn many minutes.

Ok I see your point. I have ATT and webmail does not work too well on the I phone. It comes up quickly and I am able to login, but the page does not display properly. If I find out anything I will let you know.

There is a My Verizon app that provides quick and easy access to your Email and other MyVerizon functions. I know it is available for iPhone, but I am not sure about the android or other OS.

I was also able to use the standard app on the iPhone to access my mailbox.

Both of these over my Wifi in my house. I will try via the standard G3.

It also worked Very well witt ATT 3G. Just tested.

Need more information on what you are using.
