How do I get a normal view of it back. I think I did it with my mouse but I do not know how. It is now so small I cannot even read my email. Please help me! Thank you!

It is hard to give a definitive answer without knowing your specific environment - hardware, software, browser, etc. But in general most Windows system browsers will change the size of the text with the mouse by holding down the Control key and using the scroll wheel to make it larger or smaller. If you don't have a scroll whell on the mouse the Control and Plus should make it larger, Control and Minus will make it smaller.
If neither of of the above works, tell us what operating system and browser you are using.
