Hello,
My husband and I have always viewed our email first on the Verizon WebMail page.
I am the primary account holder, and my husband has the sub-account.
For the past week or so, he is unable to log in to Verizon Netmail. Verizon
does not seem to recognize his user name and password. I have no problem
logging in. I think this happened after Verizon made changes to NetMail.
He still can download his messages to Thunderbird - he just cannot access
his email on the Verizon server.
Any help will be appreciated!

Yes, that was the problem. He was using an old URL that apparently doesn't work.
