Sub Email Accounts

I am authorized up to 8 sub email accounts and every time I attempt to set up another email account, this is what I get back.....What do I need to do.....

Are you attempting to create the sub-account from your ORIGINAL (primary) email? This is the only account which is allowed to actually create a sub-account (can't make a sub from a sub).

You will need to contact Verizon's tech support. (Options on their Contact Us page.) A simple disable/enable of your account *should* fix the issue, and any tech support agent you talk to should have access to do that. If it doesn't then they'll need to escalate a ticket to get it resolved, and it should be resolved in 24-48 hours.
