Last night I received the Unavailable Server message - seems like the one others were experiencing 4/54 days ago. Logged on today and still recieving same error. A Verizon.net email
Anything I need to do besides wait?
I'M NOT ABLE NO RECEIVE OUTLOOK E-MAILS. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN FOURTEEN YEARS. WHAT IS GOING ON?
My verizon.net account has been unable to send/receive since Friday, 12/13 via Windows Live and Thunderbird. Either keeps saying my username/password is incorrect or the server cannot be found. My Yahoo account has no problem. I can access verizon.net via webmail. Was on a chat session with a VZ rep on Saturday for nearly an hour and all she did was futz around with the settings as I've been doing.
