Trying to set up sub e mail account and I get an error message. Below

Add a Sub-Account


Account creation failed for the following reason:

Your primary account is configured to be a MSN! portal partner. We currently don't support Sub-Account creation for MSN! portal partner.

 

 

How can I fix this? Thank you

There is no way around this. I do apologize for the inconvenience this causes. All portal partners through Verizon have started going through a retirment process. If you want to be set back to Verizon so additional accounts can be created, please send me a private message.
