Unable to use my new sub account

I've successfully created a sub account.

 

I'm getting a message that says unable to retrieve account information.

 

I've sent repeated requests for a verification email to be sent to my main account, but no emil comes.

 

Tried chatting with tech support, but couldn't find the option.

 

So... once the sub account is added, how can I get to use it?
