Hi vz_nothappye,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

Check my post dated 10-22-14.

Just call tech support and explain waht so need and they should be able to help.

Took them a few days but they did finnaly take care of it.

Here was my orginal post from 10-22-2014

I was finally able to disconnect from the yahoo mail servers.I finally now just have Verizon servers for my e-mail. In the end you have to call tech support and explain what you want and to me they were most helpful and finally resolved this for me. I had to change and get off yahoo servers because i had no way to change my password for my e-mail.I could only change it for the Verizon site and it has no effect on the Verizon/yahoo email.

Be patient with the verizon support team as they dont deal with this everyday as there cant be many customers left that still have the yahoo servers for e-mai
