Hello; Recently went on vacation and used verizon auto reply feature. Even though it was easy to turn on, it did not work for the majority of folks emailing me. Had verizon techs check it (took over my screen); they assured me it would work every time. Has anyone else had this issue? I use Outlook as my mail program; their auto response solutions require the computer to be on and connected (unless you are on Microsoft exchange); I often travel to spots where there is no connectivity.

We are sorry to hear that you are having a issue. Vacation reply is either off or on. If you have contacts that are not receiving your auto-reply, normally they have a security setting that is determining that the auto reply is marked as spam. Depending on how they have their filters set it could be in a spam folder or it could be deleted upon receiving the message. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
