I cant imagine being a business owner who relies on their e-mail!

I am sure they are very angry at this point.

And like other have said why no responce from Verizon? Give us something!

Verizon only cares to service their wireless accounts.

Email is still out at 2:42 p.m. in Eastern Mass. Obviously there is a serious problem.  This is the first time in as long as I've been a customer to see service out for 6 hours -- so for all we know Verizon servers may have been attacked by hackers as indicated in the 'damage' report.. I managed to get on 'chat' and 24-48 hours is what they are now saying!.
