Verizon My Domain subaccount frozen after attempting to login via Webmail

Hi.  I tried signing in to my email account via the old Verizon Webmail address -- never a problem in the past. 

However, today I had to jump through a series of hoops, including creating a new password, entering my zipcode, picking and naming a picture, picking and answering a secret question, filling out a captcha, and entering a 4 digit PIN which was sent to me via voice mail -- not necessarily in that order. 

After completing all necessary steps, I was taken back to the login page, where I entered the account name and the new password and a captcha number.  However, I am unable to get in; it just keeps looping back to the login page. 

I am also unable to access the account via email client (Thunderbird), which is telling me my password or account name is not correct.  I might sound cool, calm and collected about this, but the situation is pretty serious.  This is my primary email account -- the one I use for most personal and other important correpondence.

Can anybody help me get back into my account?

Hi marthamaria,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
