Verizon netmail and firefox not working... still

log onto the webmail using the firefox 3.6.22 (sorry will NOT upgrade to 5.0) and verizon webmail is saying "
Browser Upgrade Required
The web browser you are using is currently not supported. Browsers
we are supporting include Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or Higher,
Mozilla Firefox 3.5 or Higher, Safari 4.0 or Higher, and Chrome 5.0 or Higher."

last i checked 3.6.22 was higher than 3.5... wth??

I am using Firefox 3.6.22 and I have never gotten that error, doesn't matter which way I get to the webmail, via MyVerizon or the link above. My guess would be that the OP has a firefox add-on that is interferring with normal Verizon webmail operation, I suggest he try starting Firefox with no add-ons to see if that makes any difference.
