Warning email from "Mail Administrator <Postmaster@resst169045v.mailsrvcs.net>"

I keep getting emails from 

Mail Administrator <Postmaster@resst169045v.mailsrvcs.net>

stating that "You are approaching your mail quota threshold; please reduce space used." but I'm well in my online space limitation and I only have ~200 emails online. Is this spam? If this is a real warning, what am I doing wrong?

It could be if you have mail with large attachments. Also check your spam folder. Mine fills up fast, as I do not have it set to delete. I check now and then because some mail may be flagged incorrectly as spam.

Also verify your subaccounts are not a problem.
