Webmail Timing Out Problem

When using Verizon webmail, upon clicking on a message to open it, I get bounced out saying I timed out. It happens immediately, so the problem is clearing not one of timing out. When knocked out, it goes back to the log-in screen.

This is an issue that Verizon will have to fix. (There's a flag set incorrectly on your account somewhere.) You'll need to contact them and have a ticket escalated for resolution. Options are available on their Contact Us page.

I had the problem yesterday. The programmers are working on the new E mail page and so we will all have to be patient. Just wait a little while and try again. That is what I did and the problem solved itself.
