Fiorthe last 10 days, my wife has not had access to her Verizon email. It recognizes her ID but not her passwword. We have both been on the phone with Support and they walk us through all of the screens ans it always stops on the 3 security questions setup page. Does Verizon have actual tech support people working on these things, and if so, why can't I be given a ticket number for follow up. I get tired of repeating the whole experience everytime I call.
