My phone did an OS update yesterday and now I cannot access my verizon email on the phone. I've read in forums about 2 step verification and allowing apps with less secure sign in, however I cannot access the member center either to make those adjustments. I've changed the password on my account multiple times and I can access the email online. Every time I click on account info, it asks for my email address and password and then does nothing. Just goes back to the first page asking for the info again. Again, I know that my change of password works, because I can access my email online, I just can't make changes to the 2 step verification and the allowing apps with less secure sign in. Any ideas as to what may be up?
