lately I have not been able to delete my email by checking the boxes on the left.  I used to delete in bulk after reading messages. Now I can't.  IF I read the message and hit the delete key, it will work most of the time.  I often have messages that I don't read or want to even open.. so this presents a problem.  Any thoughts on why this is happening??

I'm having the same problem since updating to the 'new' email.  Also have a problem with opening emails.  Sometimes after clicking on it, the email does not open.  I have to click again.  Verizon needs to trouble shoot these issues.

After posting the message it appears to have " fixed itself".  It was temporary ..  now it's doing it again..   

I have to say that I have had Verizon email for several years and never had any problems.  Well it's slow at times, yes..  This is the first real problem.  I have emails piling up.. and need to get rid of them.  If this is going to be a regular thing I am going to look into another ISP
