• Orders must be placed from 8 AM – 5 PM, Mon – Sat, and Sun before 2 PM (excluding holidays).
• We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held for 3 days from the time it's placed.
• Please bring photo ID and credit/debit card only if used as payment.
• In-Store Pickup is available across the U.S. at participating Verizon Wireless stores.
• Curbside Pickup available at select stores.
• Same-day delivery is available in select areas.
• If same-day delivery is available for your order, you’ll be able to choose that option at checkout.
I have certain people who send me email to my verizon account and it never gets to my inbox. It's not in my spam folder. These same people send me email (at the same time) to my work address and it gets through with no problem.
How do I figure out what's happening to their emails?
Hi sorry to hear you are having a issue with your email. The first thing to check is your block senders list to ensure they are not being blocked. You can locate the block senders list under; My Settings > Mail> Blocking.
If they are not in the block senders list, do you know if they get any type of failed delivery notice when they try to send you email?
