email sub accounts

How do I set up an email sub account?  The tutorial says to log in to My Account.  When I try to do that by logging in to Verizon.net, I am redirected to the Verizon.com website which takes me to my primary billing account information.  I can't find any way to add a sub account from that page.

I do not when they are going to fix it, but in the meantime.

#1 Go to http://www.verizon.net/central/vzc.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=vzc_help_announcement

#2 Click on My Account.

#3 Log-in as need be.

My screen does not show a "My Account" tab or link. Any help?
