I've been having a problem with my e-mail timing out also. I can type a few sentences, then it stops working and I lose anything I've typed unless I go in and manually save the draft. I've done that, but found I only had a few sentences I could type before it stopped working. Worst of all, no one at Verizon seems to know quite what to do about it. Some of them have tried different things, but it still keeps happening. Very frustrating!
I have been timing out CONSTANTLY on Internet explorer. by chance I had google chrome installed on my PC, I tried it with chrome for a day, and didn't get logged out once.
maybe it's a browser issue? try download google chrome or firefox or opera?
