This morning I logged in with no problems. Now when I try to log in I get a message saying my id and password don't match. I then changed my password and I still get the same message. Anyone have any hints on how to log in or how to fix the problem?

Problem solved.....I read in a different post down the page that you needed to wait an hour for the change to take affect. I waited and then my new password worked. I guess I was trying to hurry things to fast.

I really wish I could help you. I'm having the same trouble. I'm really ready to give up on verizon. I've had issues since March 27.
