I have been having difficulty with verizon.net email.
When I log on I can view my incoming mail. However, If I try to view an individual message or try to send a new mail, my computer locks up while it transfers me to the "email page". Once in awhile I will get a "script error" prompt, but the computer would have to be rebooted. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear about these trouble access verizon.net email, I have a few questions about this issue you are having.
1. What type of browser are you using and what is the version?
2. Have you tried other browsers then the current one to see if the issue follows?
3. Is this the only time your browser locks and you have to reboot or do you have the issue with other sites?

Thank you for the response. I updated to the new email system and that seemed to have fixed the problem.
