Hi, I hope you can help. I already have a Verizon email set up in Outlook Express that works just fine, all ports set correctly etc. I wish to add other email accounts, also connecting as verizon.net. I have exactly followed all settings as the original account etc, yet when I try to send an email from my new verizon.net in Outlook Express, I keep getting a box that is asking me to enter my user name and password. So I have, and it does not work.
I really need to add these other accounts. Again, I have used all the same settings as the original verizon.net account in Outlook, yet the new account will not work, keeps asking me for logon info and password.
Could this be because I have not set up the new email address in the homepage of the Verizon email ??

Yes, you will need to set up the account at verizon.net before you will be able to use it in Outlook.
