pane to view emails.

I've been through this before and I don't believe I got an answer when asked months ago.  The pane to view the email cannot be made fullsize.  I've read previous posts and recommendations and they don't work.

Please offer me additional advice on handling this problem.  I have all of an area of 2" to read a message.  It's ridiculous.

I just received notification today, 8/26/14 that you responded to this question.  8 days later.

Out of frustration, I stopped using this account and accessed emails through Outlook Express.  I decided to check it today and found that I no longer am able to view the messages at all.  There is no scroll bar. Nothing.  Got an explanation for that?

Did the notification come into Outlook Express? And can you tell me the date and time on it so we can look into the issue.

Note most of the support here in the forums is peer to peer.  The verizon admins and the few techs on these boards will have a VERIZON logo attached to their id's.  See Elizabeth S for an example.  Normally if you want Verizon support DON"T post here but look at the CONTACT US option on each page.

Hello Elizabeth.  Thank you for contacting me about this.

The "Community Mailer" came through Outlook Express on August 26, 2014 @3:59a.m.  An ongoing issue where I have approximately 1/4" or one line viewing area.

We got a new computer and knew we would be using Verizon email.  We started out with being able to read approximately 1" of area at a time.  And this is using Verizon's email on both computers. Did everything suggested by the community, who did try to help and I am grateful for their advice, but it has gone above and beyond that now and I need Verizon to straighten this out. The issue is yours.

I now have to use Outlook Express on the XP computer.

Please help me with this.

Also, when you find the solution, please email me so I can check it out.  I no longer use the verizon email because of the problem.  Getting an email in OE will encourage me to go to the verizon site.
