I received e-mail that I had a privte message inthe Verizon Forums that would be located at the envelope icon on the puper righhand side of the community; however, there is no envelope icon on the screen.  ??

 . It is a small gold envelope on the upper right of the screen.

Got an mail that said I have a private message, but the "envelope" icon  is not in the upper RH corner of the community page.  I am at least the 2nd person who had this experience.  Verizon - what a bunch of amateurs,

Note on the page it should show as an envelope. Gold shows unread email.  White when no new message.

And on the first 10 pages I visited, trying in vain to see that icon, the icon is neither gold nor white. Instead it is invisible. Good luck finding that.
