I'm experiencing the exact same filter problem!!! I can't edit, delete or even add a filter. It's driving me nuts and the worse part is that I know a support call to Verizon will get me nowhere fast.
HitesMites had the problem and contacted me by email. I was able to provide HitesMites the information to get results. Unfortunately, HitesMites has been unable to reply back to this thread to relate the successful resolution. We have been in email contact and once I provided HitesMites the information, HitesMites had made contact with the Problem PoC I referred to in this thread and had resolution within one hour.
I see no reason why I shouldn't help you as well. But... You will have to PM or email me to get the information.
I never did get any resolution. I tried to go to the private link but it never worked. I really don't have any downtime to speak of so I do apologize for abandoning the post. Is there are simple fix to this issue?
