"settings out of date" message

A "your verizon settings are out of date" message keeps popping up. However, when I click on it, nothing happens to send me somewhere to update my settings. I've tried contacting verizon support, which "sees there is a problem so click NEXT to continue" However, there's NO NEXT BUTTON. Seriously, I wish I could screen shot it. Thanks.
