One of my sub-accounts no longer recognizes its password. I use Outlook Express. My wife is learning how to use a computer and was practicing using e-mail. She remembered the passwords for the main account and her account but mis-entered my accounts password many times before she called me. Now I can't check my email. I followed the directions on the FIOS website for verifying the account info going through Tools, Account, etc. and it still didn't work. So I went back through it all, this time changing my password. Still no luck. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Please respond to my default account
