unable to access verizon webmail in Beijing, China

I was not able to access webmail for the last three weeks when i was in Beijing. I had no problems before. wondering why.

I am just taking an educated guess.

The IP Address (or IP Addresses) that you were coming from in Beijing, China - were added to the block list because of the amount of spam OR other types of abuse coming from that/those IP Address(es).
