I to coudn't access my email on Verizon 3.0 and when I called verizon for help was told to use Firefox for a browser. It would have been so nice for Verizon to simply tell its customers that Verizon webmail basic works perfectly well with IE and yes IE9.
For me problem solved I now sign in and use my verizon email address with ease. http://webmail.verizon.net/signin
