I am so frustrated. I had a business site through Verizon. When it changed to Frontier I apparently lost my website because they don't do that. The problem is I can't log on to Verizon anymore to even take my website down. It is still up and I can't change it or delete it. The only answer from Frontier is "we don't do websites and Verizon still owns it." I can't get anyone at Verizon to tell me what to do. Frustrated
Have you tried the contact us site and called the business office?
Since you are now with frontier perhaps you can find help here.
