15/5 and not 20/5

I thought FIOS internet comes with 20/5 and not 15/5 like I'm getting now... Is their anything I should do to get what is advertised in my area?

Someone I know in my area told me he's getting 30/5...

I have since found out that I only have to turn off the router with it's switch, don't have to do a reset, to get my speeds back to 20/5 for the next 24 hours or so.

I don't feel as though I should have to this.

When I had comcast, my actual speeds always exceeded their advertised speeds.

How many folks out there aren't getting what they pay for?
