Accessing Router

I just got my FIOS installed but the tech did not give me the admin login for the router.  How do I go about getting that information??  Should I do a hard reset????  Thanks in advance for answering......

they usually set it as:

 Login: admin

 Password is: password .....or......password1.....or admin1
