Automatic Opening of My Verizon and My Verizon Shop

With each opening of my internet browser, "My Verizon" and "My Verizon Shop" also open in separate tabs.  If I have multiple browser windows open, I will have many duplicates of these same two tabs open, as well.  How can I disable these two from automatically opening with my browser?

What browser?

If it's IE8, check Tools > Internet Options and see if those two website are listed in the Home Page field.  If so...just delete them there.
