I am getting poor download speeds.  Ran some traces and this is what I got.  Seems like there is a problem at alter.net which is Verizon's netowork.  How do I get this fixed?

I have the exact same issue.  I cannot run iRacing.  Look at my ping plotter.  Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Clueless phone support insists on sending a tech out to inspect my wiring when the problem is obviously on their backend.  Thankfully, I only got fios installed 5 days ago so I can cancel w/o penalty.  I have wasted way too much time on this already.
